C2 Architecture, PC was retained by Dattner Architects as an architectural teammate for Phase 1 of the redevelopment of the John P. Taylor Apartments located in Troy, New York.
A seven-story building with 141 apartments and more than 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space will be constructed at the foot of the Congress Street Bridge. Tenants will be eligible for federal Section 8 housing vouchers.
C2's involvement is to support Dattner Architects and Pennrose during Phase I of the revitalization efforts. We will provide support to the municipality, as well as an in-the-field presence during the construction administration phases.
