C2 Architecture, PC was retained by WRT, LLC as an architectural teammate for Phase 1 of the redevelopment of the Commodore Perry Apartments located in Buffalo, New York.

The first phase (Phase 1) included the demolition of 24 blighted, vacant buildings, creating 405 new construction 100% affordable units with one to five bedrooms. 

C2's involvement was to support WRT, Pennrose and the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority during Phase I of the revitalization efforts. Our team provided architectural design support for design development and construction document phases.

Our team's efforts focused on drawings for a total of 28 buildings, for 177 units. There are 15 different building types as part of the typical low-rise buildings.
