Our team provided design and construction drawings for the development of the building, which encompasses 6,800 square feet of retail space, as well as three, upper-level floors home to 14 single bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments have access to the rear parking area located along Clinton Street. The bottom floor of the building is home to ICPD, the Institute for Clinical Pharmacodynamics.
