C2 provided provided architectural design services for a 10,000 +/-SF convenience store and two tenant spaces with gas station located at the northwest corner of State Route 23 and Ross Ruland Road in the Town of Cairo, New York.

The store features an open floor plan that allows customers to shop for a variety of convenience products including hot and cold beverages and grab and go snacks. There is a walk-in beer cave toward the rear of the store. A kitchen can be used for food prep and product storage in the basement. There are restrooms to the right of entry for patrons. The space also includes a business office and storage space.

CAIRO CONVENIENCE STORE

The exterior of the building features the incorporation of multiple materials including the use of a Nichiha wall system in both vertical and horizontal orientation with a thin stone veneer at the base of the building. Fiber cement siding was also used at the rear of the building to be mindful of
the client’s budget while still maintaining their vision.

Construction will wrap at the end of 2024.
