Following the modernization of MVP’s C-Suite project, C2 was retained to provide architectural design services for the remaining seven-floor headquarters. The project included the renovation of the lobby and visitor area, parking garage entry, mailroom, companywide departments relocations from the first-floor to seventh floor, addition of a cafeteria and fitness center improvements.

Over the course of a year, C2 met with various department heads and stakeholders for programming sessions to understand the current needs for each department and plans for future growth. The project was split into seven phases allowing the building to remain operational, reducing disruptions.

C2 focused on designing an enhanced use of existing spaces to create better working environments that promote collaboration. Improvements included modern technological upgrades, a focus on ergonomics, inclusion of energy-efficient lighting and establishing a consistent and fresh branded experience for MVP employees.
