C2 provided architectural design services for the expansion of RISE's headquarters to include HOMEBASE, a therapeutic community center. Our scope of work included reconfiguring the 11,160 SF first floor of RISE’s main office building for support spaces. We also designed a wood-framed, 8,000 SF second floor for offices. The administrative staff were relocated to the second-floor addition, prioritizing first-floor space for direct-care staff providing in-person services and accommodating the growing level of staffing required to adequately serve vulnerable populations in Saratoga County.

HOMEBASE will provide marginalized individuals with a welcoming community space, offering services and facilities to foster community engagement, life skills, and personal growth. Some features include an art studio, telehealth conference rooms, a café/kitchen, a computer room, workshops, and a living room.
