C2 worked with the owner of Scotia Sweets to review the structural integrity of the existing Skyport Diner located in Scotia, NY with hopes to renovate it.

After visiting the site, our team advised the client to consider demolishing the existing diner and to explore the possibility of building a new bakery on the site.

The C2 team provided architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and civil engineering design services for a proposed +/-2,000 SF, wood-framed retail building to be constructed.

The programming for the building included a commercial kitchen/break area, reception area with seating and restrooms and a drive-thru window.
