C2 provided architectural design services for a proposed six-story, mixed-use, corporate headquarters for Prime Group Holdings, LLC.

The $25 million-plus office building was designed to include a restaurant on the second level, retail on the ground floor, and two decks of underground parking.

Office space would be located on the remaining levels. The building design also included an outdoor patio and balcony spaces on each level for tenants, as well as 2,500 SF of dedicated civic space.
