The Aesthetic Science Institute needed a larger space to grow their business and offer training for students. After opening in 2009, the business had under 10 students. The program quickly grew and enrollment is now over 50 students. With the increase in enrollment, the owners knew they needed to invest in a larger space to accommodate program growth.

After being in business for over 16 years as a “renter”, my husband and I decided it was time to take the leap into “ownership”. A truly daunting task with more facets than one could ever imagine. Constructing a building from the ground up while taking into account every aspect of both the interior and exterior working dynamics of a business; was mind boggling. We had a vision, C2 Design took that vision to a level that we could not have imagined. They guided and supported us while at the same time providing creativity and options that ended in a magnificent professional building that we now call our own.

C2 worked with the owners to design a fresh and modern space for their offices and classrooms located in Latham, New York. The new, three-story building is 10,000 SF and features a lobby, teaching labs, conference rooms and administrative offices. The clinic at ASI also offers services to the public.
