C2 is providing architectural design services for the renovation to the 2,500 SF existing cafeteria kitchen space, back of kitchen, and front serving area Café and the gathering area within Elston Hall.

Our scope of work includes refreshing the existing interior finishes for this space to make it more inviting for students.

Cafe improvements include new ceilings, lighting, epoxy flooring, kitchen equipment with new hood, makeup air system, freezer and cooler. The existing sprinklers were relocated. Fire alarm devices, new floor drains, new make-up air and exhaust equipment for new hood, sanitary and water piping were all replaced.
