C2 provided architectural and mechanical, electrical, plumbing design services for Empire Oral in both their Albany and Glenville, New York locations. 

The Albany office work included an interior renovation/expansion of the existing tenant space located on the second floor of a two-story medical office building.  The expansion included architectural and MEP design for (4) new treatment rooms, a call center/administrative space, and a staff break room.

The Glenville office located at 170 Saratoga Road, was a vanilla shell tenant space within a building that C2 designed previously. The client required an interior fit-up to open this new location. Programming requirements are similar to the Albany location and included a call center/administrative space with a waiting room for patients, restrooms, (4) operating rooms, a sterilization/mechanical space, staff break room, and a consultation area.
