C2 provided architectural design services for the tenant fit-up of a 3,400 SF office for The Anderson Financial Group located at 3257 Route 9 in Saratoga Springs, New York. The project entailed selecting design finishes for upgrades to the reception and lobby area, bathrooms, and an employee break room.

C2 also designed modifications to the exterior that included new siding and exposed framing at the entry roof and cultured stone at select locations. A new patio was also added on one side of the building.

The second story of the building was also renovated. Skylights and new windows were included to allow additional daylight into the space.
