C2 provided architectural design services for both the exterior and interior spaces of an 18,200-square-foot space for their firm. The scope of services includes new programming, layout/framing, and the selection of new finishes that reflected Integra Optics’ brand.

Special consideration was given to placement for all HVAC and electrical components to ensure the correct zoning and loading are in place to support the required equipment needs of the company. Anti-static flooring was another focal point as static can become a job hazard working with electrical equipment.

Natural light was important to the client, so skylights were added to the interior, adding warmth to the space.
