Bombers Burrito Bar is a three-floor restaurant that combines casual counter-service, sit-down dining, and a tequila and beer bar within its 2,000 square feet. The new restaurant located in Schenectady, New York, amongst many buildings downtown, played a key role in revitalizing the neighborhood across the street from the historic, Proctor’s Theater.

BOMBERS BURRITO BAR

The project work not only consisted of cleaning and restoring the existing façade, but also included a completely new interior design, architectural construction and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The first floor now offers take-out and tables, while the second floor features a full bar and a sit-down area served by wait staff. The third floor is an extra space, available to be rented out by the public for private parties.
