Active Ingredient Brewing Company is a locally owned and run brewing company and taproom coming soon to the Sitwell Plaza in Malta, NY. The scope of work involved combining two existing tenant spaces into one. The owners, in hopes of serving small plates with their brews, looked to maintain the existing kitchen and restrooms from the previous tenant to assist in cost savings.

The design takes into consideration, the potential for future expansion of the brew house and the taproom. C2 provided design and construction document services for the owners, assisted the owners through the bidding process, reviewed value engineering options, and is providing support in the construction administration phase.
