C2 was contacted about designing a new commercial building at the site of a former restaurant that had tremendous and costly renovations. The existing building was demolished to make way for a new 3,000 square foot building.

183 NOTT TERRACE

Design elements included exposed wood rafters, a sloped roof and a glass façade featuring plenty of natural daylight. The building was designed with a potential restaurant tenant in mind and includes a 1,000 square foot walk-in cooler in the rear and a front patio.
