C2 Design Group provided design services for a new, 40,000 SF, four-story apartment community located on Dana Avenue in downtown Albany, New York.

The building is a multi-family, luxury apartment building, with approximately 10,000 SF per floor and includes ground level parking, with three residential levels above, and a rooftop terrace. The building has 30 units and boasts smart apartment controls, high video security, conveniency features and a short walking distance to Albany Medical Center, Washington Park, and downtown.
