C2 provided architectural design services for a proposed five-story, 46-unit apartment building that is proposed on the corner of Lafayette and Liberty streets in downtown Schenectady, New York.

This is the second redevelopment project that C2 has partnered with Rosenblum on. Previously, we collaborated on the adaptive reuse of the former Annie Schaffer Senior Center, now The Nott, a 27-unit apartment building.
