The new Electric City Apartments in downtown Schenectady were recently featured in the Albany Business Review. The 104-unit apartment complex is located on State Street, a joint project of Prime Cos. of Cohoes and Highbridge Development in Schenectady.
The Electric City Apartments offer amenites that appeal to an upscale lifestyle with a courtyard that sits above the parking garage. The courtyard boasts artificial turf grass with flowers, lounge chairs, bocce balls, ping pong table, gas grills, cornhole boards and patio tables.
