Last week, news broke about Capital Region projects that will benefit from the Regional Economic Development Council Awards.

A portion of the $84.1 million is allocated to strategic projects in downtown Schenectady that will continue to bolster the city’s economy.

Our client, Highbridge/Prime Erie Development, LLC received an $800,000 grant that will transform a vacant lot located at 154 and 168 Erie Boulevard. The new development is called Erie Landing and will include 136 new apartments including 22 two-story loft apartments, as well as office/retail space in the heart of downtown.
