On April 22, 2020, The Albany Business Review featured a story about the redevelopment of a half-acre lot at 269 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY.
C2 was retained to design a new, six-story corporate headquarters for Prime Group Holdings on this site. The new office building will include retail on the ground floor, a restaurant, and two stories of underground parking.
