C2 is proud to be the architect for one of the projects in this next round of investments in the Park South neighborhood. Three run-down houses were demolished to clear the site for a new four-story, 36-unit market-rate apartment building located at 86 Dana Avenue. This new apartment building is across the street from The Reserve at Park South, also designed by C2 and Franco Construction Services LLC for developer, Ron Stein.
