Sustainable design is important to every project. Incorporating sustainable elements into our new office was a major design focus. We partnered with Kasselman Solar to bring renewable, clean energy to our daily operations. This 51.2kW system is composed of 142 high-efficiency solar panels that will generate the carbon equivalent of saving 48.9 acres of US forests per year.

Additionally, we installed an electric vehicle charging station and LED lighting on automated timers with infrared motion sensors throughout the facility. Nest Learning Thermostats automatically adapt to changing seasons and occupants’ schedules. These design elements have allowed the office to sustain and support all electrical energy costs making our office an electric net-zero building.
