Developer John Luke Hodorowski plans a $7 million, four-story apartment and office building at 242 Broadway, across from a $3 million apartment and office/retail building he completed last year.

The Schenectady Planning Commission will review the project at its meeting at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19th at Schenectady City Hall.

The existing building, with 18 apartments and office/retail space, is full or under contract, said Ray Gillen, chairman of the Schenectady County Metroplex Development Authority.
