On January 21, 2021, The Daily Gazette featured a story about plans to demolish and replace the fire-damaged Marcella’s Appliance Center located on Crane Street.

Originally, C2 was retained to provide design services for a renovation of the existing building. Unfortunately, a fire broke out that ultimately made the building unsalvagable. C2 is currently working with the owner to design a new retail center and warehouse to replace the existing building.
