In early September, the former, historic Hotel Cohoes opened after it was transformed into a luxury apartment building.

C2 teamed up with Bonacquisti Brothers Construction to renovate this three-story, historic building located in downtown Cohoes, New York. The renovation included maintaining the historic exterior face of the 7,700 SF building, which dates back to the 1870s.

Phase one of this project transformed the former hotel into six apartments, that feature the original fireplaces, historic staircase and wraparound porch.
