C2 designed the tenant fit-up for a new Five Guys Burgers coming soon off Northway Exit 12 in Malta, NY.

The Five Guys will occupy the tenant space on the far right of the building. The space is 2,500 SF with seating for 60. The layout features a family table for 8, as well as an outdoor patio.

The Five Guys is one of five retail tenants within this new development.
