Earlier this month, construction began at the site of the future Reserve at Park South 2 in downtown Albany, New York. This is the second, multi-family apartment complex on Dana Avenue in Albany’s south end to be designed by C2.

The Reserve at Park South Opens

C2 provided architectural design for the new 40,000 SF four-story building. The building will be a multi-family, luxury apartment community, with approximately 10,000 SF per floor and ground level parking, with three residential levels above, and a rooftop terrace. The building will have 36 units featuring smart apartment controls, high video security, and other convenience elements.
