College plans to transform building in downtown Schenectady

Schenectady County Community College will move its workforce development program into a vacant building in downtown Schenectady, New York by fall 2015, nearly six years after the college acquired the building.

The school is renovating the first floor of the three-story building at 201 State St., donated to SCCC in 2009 by the Kindl family. The workforce development program provides noncredit courses and job training.
