C2 Design Group was recognized by the Albany Business Review as one of the Best Places to Work at an awards ceremony held at The Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady.

More than 120 companies submitted nominations to be considered for the award and 48 were selected. This is C2's third consecutive win in the small business category.

C2 is committed to elevating the workplace experience. Each year, we evaluate what went well and areas that could use some improvement. Employee engagement is integral to our firm's success. Winning the Best Place to Work the last two years is a testament to the efforts made by the leadership to stay connected, happy and healthy in this post-pandemic environment.

What are the biggest wins or accomplishments for your company over the past year? We just had our kick-off meeting to begin working on Phase 2 of Yates Village in Schenectady. We're excited to be the architect of record for a project that's right in our backyard and will continue to transform and improve affordable housing. C2 was also just honored as the Corporation of the Year at the Schenectady Business Awards by the Capital Region Chamber.
