C2 is partnering with area developer, Ron Stein to create "workforce housing" in downtown Albany.
We remain committed to supporting our client's revitalization goals in Albany. Together, our partnership has successfully led to the rejuvenation of areas within the Park South neighborhood that were previously condemned and vacant.
Our new project includes the architectural design for a $5 million, four-story, 40-unit building on vacant land at the corner of Morris and Lark streets. The apartment building features smaller one-bedroom apartments and lower rents, marketed as "workforce housing".
