C2 is working with RAD Soap Co to design their future home at 53 Freemans Bridge Road in Glenville, New York.

RAD will move its headquarters and warehouse operations to the 3,300 SF space later this fall.

C2 provided architectural design services for the renovation of the existing retail building at 53 Freemans Bridge Road. Our team put together drawings for a refresh of the exterior along with the interior demising into three separate tenant spaces.

There will be a whole new front facade design, the existing has already been removed back to the main pre-engineered framing, so reframing the new exterior facade will begin soon. The remaining sidewalls will be re-skinned with new metal panels.

There will be a new storefront on the front and side of the building along with aluminum/glass overhead doors. There will also be new lighting and awnings on the exterior.
