Michael Roman, C2's principal, and owner, and Joe Aupperle, Project Manager attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for C2 client, Thoroughbred Advisors. Thoroughbred Advisors was looking for a new space to grow their business and purchased a building located at 421 Troy-Schenectady Road in Latham, New York in 2020.

C2 worked with the client to identify the growth needs of the firm and create a welcoming environment for both advisors and clients.

Programming for the two-story building includes multiple conference rooms, open collaboration space, huddle rooms, private offices, a training space, and a break room with seating.

Interior finishes were selected to reflect the client's modern and sophisticated aesthetic.
