On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, Michael Roman C2's principal, and owner attended the ribbon-cutting at 191 North Pearl Street.

C2 Design Group designed the new, multi-family residential project located in downtown Albany. The $4 million investment transforms the once vacant 0.21-acre lot located at the corner of North Pearl and Wilson streets.

The new four-story, 26,000-square-foot building will include 18 market-rate apartment units and 15 off-street covered parking spaces. Property amenities include a heated interior garage, private exterior balconies, a rooftop terrace, and a gated dog run.
