Arnoff Global Logistics is moving their headquarters from the iconic Nipper Building in Albany’s warehouse district to the old Racemark factory off Stonebreak Road in Malta, New York. The existing building was expanded from 72,000 to 97,000 square feet, creating a single-level warehouse and office space that will serve the company’s moving/storage and logistics services.

Phase II is underway with a 50,000 SF addition to the existing building and the addition of a 10,000 SF detached maintenance building.
