C2's client, Prime Group Holdings, LLC won planning approval to construct a six-story, mixed-use building in downtown Saratoga Springs.

C2 provided architectural design services for the 160,000 GSF building located at 269 Broadway. The building will become the corporate headquarters for Prime Group Holdings, LLC.

The $25 million-plus office building will also include a restaurant on the second level, retail on the ground floor, and two decks of underground parking.

Office space will be located on the remaining levels. The building also includes an outdoor patio and balcony spaces on each level for tenants, as well as 2,500 SF of dedicated civic space.
