C2 provided architectural design services for a proposed six-story, mixed-use, building located at 269 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, New York.

The building will become the corporate headquarters for Prime Group Holdings, LLC.

The $25 million-plus office building will also include a restaurant on the second level, 10,000 SF of retail on the ground floor and two stories of underground parking.

Office space would be located on the remaining levels. The floors range in size between 12,000 and 17,000 SF. The building also includes an outdoor patio and balcony spaces on each level for tenants, as well as a large area dedicated to civic space for public use.
