C2 was excited to attend and show our support for our client, FS8 Niskayuna's grand opening and ribbon cutting.

C2 provided architectural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services for a new 2,300-square-foot FS8 studio within an existing tenant space. Working closely with FS8, part of FIT House of Brands, and the local franchisee, our team helped bring the brand’s fitness concept to life through a welcoming, functional studio design.

Our experience working with national brands and franchise owners helps us bridge brand expectations and the practical needs of each location. Clear communication with both the brand and franchisee was central to the process, aligning design standards, operational priorities, and building code requirements. This collaborative approach informed a coordinated design and construction document package tailored to the studio.

The completed space features an inviting reception area with FS8-branded lockers, decorative LED lighting, and merchandise displays. The main studio accommodates 18 reformer machines, with six televisions arranged across two walls to support group instruction. Dedicated storage and restrooms round out an efficient layout that supports daily operations and a comfortable experience for members and staff.
