Yesterday, members of the C2 team attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly opened bakery in Scotia, NY called Scotia Sweets put on by the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce.

C2 worked with the owner of Scotia Sweets to design a new, 2,000 SF, wood-framed bakery on the site of the former Skyport Diner.

The programming for the building included a commercial kitchen/break area, reception area with seating, merchandise display, and restrooms. The bakery features a drive-thru window.
