C2 is proud to be a project partner for this impactful community project that will create affordable housing in Kingston, New York.
Michael Roman, RA, AIA, NCARB, principal and owner of C2 Design Group attended the groundbreaking ceremony held on Friday, October 18, 2024.
The Golden Hill Apartments will create 164-units of affordable and senior housing. The development will be all-electric, powered by solar rooftop panels.
Golden Hill will include two, mid-rise apartment buildings, four townhomes and a central community building.
C2's involvement is to support WRT and Pennrose during Phase I of the revitalization efforts. We will provide support to the municipality, as well as an in-the-field presence during the construction administration phase.
