Since 2017, C2 has been an approved architect for the Five Guys franchise. We have designed 15 locations across New York and into Massachusetts.

C2 has also worked with franchise owners to design new, standalone locations. We assist owners with documenting the existing conditions of a site and create drawings for the new location that reflect and meet corporate branded standards.

FIVE GUYS

We have provided architectural design services for existing stores undergoing a “brand refresh.” This means returning a location to a “like new” appearance with updates to older equipment and finishes to meet current brand standards. Floor plans may be adjusted to improve circulation patterns for customers and work conditions for employees. Interior branding elements and LED lighting are also installed.

Five Guys, Amsterdam, NY
Standalone Location

C2 provided architectural design and construction drawings for a new, 6,500 SF plaza located along Route 30 in Amsterdam, New York. The owner was looking for the plaza to have a modern aesthetic. C2 designed an exterior that included two styles of exterior paneling, a metal canopy, and an all-glass storefront.

The site includes a new, 2,500 SF Five Guys Burgers and Fries location. The floor plan was designed for small tables of four, as well as family-style dining with a table that seats eight. Features include a designated milk shake pick-up area and outdoor dining options.
