Metroplex Moves Forward with $3 Million Project More Upscale Housing Planned for Downtown Schenectady
Schenectady ? The Schenectady County Metroplex Development Authority today began the process of selling an almost one-acre site in downtown Schenectady to Hodorowski Homes. The company plans to construct a three story, 25,500 square foot building on the site including 16 upscale apartments and ground floor retail space investing more than $3 million in downtown Schenectady.
