Kate Calder, CPSM, Director of Marketing & Culture at C2, was named President of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Upstate New York Chapter. She will serve a one-year term as President beginning September 1st, 2023.

The Society for Marketing Professional Services is a diverse community of marketing and business development professional working together to move the A/E/C industries forward.

Earlier this year, Kate earned a Certified Professional Services Marketer certification (CPSM) from SMPS. A CPSM is recognized as an individual who has met a rigorous standard of experience and expertise in marketing professional services and has demonstrated their knowledge of the practice and related disciplines through a thorough examination of marketing competency.

Kate is one of 1,000+ marketers nationwide who hold this designation. She is one of nine in Upstate New York and the sole CPSM in the Capital District.
