C2 Design Group was recognized by the Albany Business Review as one of the Best Places to Work at an awards ceremony held at Albany Marriott.

More than 100 companies submitted nominations to be considered for the award and 60 were selected. This is C2's fourth consecutive win in the small business category.

Centered within our firm's culture is the importance of good communication. We believe that openly discussing the firm's goals and sharing benchmarks for performance unite and propel us forward. Getting feedback from employees year-round helps us to foster our firm's culture and elevate the employee experience.
